All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, Alpha & Omega Regalia does not offer refunds, returns and/or exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. This policy ensures that each item is made uniquely for you and to your specifications.

Custom Shirt Orders
We kindly ask you to carefully review the size chart provided before placing your order. Proper sizing is the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size issues.

Order Accuracy
Please double-check all details, including sizes, colors, and customizations, before submitting your order. Once your order has been submitted, it is put into our production queue and CANNOT be cancelled. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us prior to completing your purchase.
