We are not responsible for late, lost or damaged packages. Once we ship your package, it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service and/or the United Parcel Service and we rely on their expertise to get our orders out to you intact and on time. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOUR ORDER IS READY TO SHIP, A SHIPPING LABEL IS CREATED AND YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING DETAILS. 24-48 HOURS LATER YOU WILL BE ABLE TO TRACK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER VIA USPS.
